Fun little legal history tidbit that I'm not sure what to make of but find interesting. A 1905ish Supreme Court ruling on vaccine mandates was based on the legal precedent set when the Supreme Court affirmed the State of Virginia's Right to sterilize those they found unfit to reproduce. The polar opposite where states get to choose to turn of your ability to reproduce is part of our legal history. Its not just a convenient talking point about bodily autonomy to play gotcha on your political opponent. Its all connected.

Can you imagine a world where as you cross state lines your IQ score could get you sterilized because if legal precedent is our guide...

I imagine the enslavement and purposed control of one type of people over another for whatever reason and to whatever extent has been so weaved into our civilisation and our collective history that until we learn to overcome this tendency, our species will always suffer.

Nice to see you in the comments section, friend.

Thanks for summarising the madness so concisely and entertainingly. The psy-ops really are flying thick and fast.

I’m surprised you’re finding the time to read stacks whilst running a campaign. Been anticipating your stack to let us know how it’s going. Thanks for taking a gander.

I don't have as much time as I used to for my Substack fix, but I still have my faves I need to keep me centered in reality!

What a great writer you are weaving the points together in a seamless flow from diverse issues but best is the spot on sarcasm.. " Whiplash anyone?" nailed it big time beginning to end!

"Anyway, someone should tell Zelenskyy there’s a new current thing. "

Yea, loved that bit :))

I don't have time to read the article carefully yet but the title was just too good not to click on it :-)

Brilliant. It made me laugh. Thank you :-)

This caught my attention:

> I wonder if there is a computer algorithm that can tell you what issue will cause the biggest stir

Absolutely.

It is becoming more and more clear that the vast majority of people "connected" to social and legacy media are being "programmed".

There are very clever and sophisticated psychological mind control activities going on.

We need to shatter this bondage by pointing out the absurdity of continuously being "outraged" about things we really know nothing about.

Had time to read the article carefully. Thanks. Great read.

“We need to shatter this bondage by pointing out the absurdity of continuously being "outraged" about things we really know nothing about.”

Seriously. Is this a Western thing? I don’t remember folks in BG behave this way. “Hot takes” are simply considered childishly ignorant there. It would be embarrassing to make statements based on some kind of emotional reaction.

I think it's a "brainwash" thing. i.e. scrubbing away all rational, logical and objective thought so that your nerve endings are exposed and easily "triggered" by any emotional discourse.

Fabulous read! Thank you.

If anyone knows the exact Pfizer document and page(s) that describes the actual 12% efficacy, that would be awesome. I think we all have a few people to blast with this info. I can't imagine what the future Pfizer docs have in store for us!

Oh that's crazy, page 42 from the original Dec 2020 document and not a newly released one!?

Maybe vaccine shedding causes hepatitis in children?

Yeah, I just caught up reading up on it. It’s starting to appear in quite a few kids. Another solid reason to be distracted from...

Oh my this is fabulous!!! My 19 yo (future lawyer) daughter who loves her Con Law class got all worked up and has opinions about how the SC defined abortion rights in the two earlier decisions. I tried to calm her down and I confess rather sternly and repeatedly advised her to read the leaked brief. The only thing I would add to this is that everyone should figure who their friends and like-minded citizens are, and cultivate those relationships. It is hard not to worry about a complete collapse of our society when so many people can be so easily spun up into hysterics.

It is interesting you needed to nudge your daughter (who loves Con Law) to read the opinion.

Maybe I’ll check with her to see if she did! But you know, we don’t live in an age of thoughtfulness and skepticism; I think that is an acquired skill and not something most of our young people are being taught. She’s a good kid for a Gen Z’er.

Well said. Also, your daughter is already ahead of the game be expressing interest. A lawyer! Good for her! And you!

At 19 my priorities were trying to hide being hung over in my liberal arts school classes. 😬

My 1st thought when I heard about the “leak” was how CONVENIENT the timing was, going into the midterms, to galvanize the raving lunatics

I fear we’re experiencing an exponential onslaught of ‘crises’. We might have a harder and harder time discerning the truth and teasing out pertinence.
