Off! A visceral adventure for real! Sounds like your dealing with it the right ways, covering all the bases I would've suggested. Just thrown some bits in your hat for your clinic break. Worry not, all will be well. Ditto on the share air and belly laughs one day hope. Wishing you weller than you ever were.

Oh, hey!! Thanks for the good wishes and the bits! Very much welcomed and received. I’ll never forget you were my first sats in the hat! And also, thank you for validating my choices. Hard to navigate it all.

Still thrilled to have been your first. What you're going through is a head -bender to be sure, but when you come out the other side, you'll find yourself in a place that you never could've reached without it. Keep on keepin' on.

I'm' seein' this on Valentines Day (bee-latedly) but I want'cha ta know yer in my heart as of RIGHT NOW Tonika--lordy whut "trials an' tribulations" life kicks our way. Life jus' kicked one in yer garden but I KNOW yer gonna kick that Mister Tribulation right out (kinda like warshin' that man right outta yer hair from South Pacific). Fwiw, re life an' weird kicks, just 'bout ten days ago my hubby an' younger daughter were in a major car acci-dent--snowstorm skeedled the car cross a 4 land highway but miraculously, no other cars hit owrn--which went carreeeeeening into a snow bank, took 12 first responder cars an' hours ta get the two out (they wuz trapped)--totalled our car, miracle they were ok an' my girl, with minor bruises and'a sprain, played a concert gig jus' one day later--provin' we all kin knock it back inta our own corner an' never stay down fer the count!--more on'nit down the road--I'll be postin') but all that ta say life is fulla punches from nowhere an' I know yer a strong mama bear there--punchin' back hard (a regular boxin' bear! ) (boxin' bears ARE a thing in the UK: https://www.bbc.co.uk/ahistoryoftheworld/objects/PPc4VD84SmGpNQ-O50nn2w) Anywhoo-- I think the Gerson sounds like a good cherce, mebbe the fen ben, def. visualizations. Look a bit inta mistletoe, macrophages (bio-compatible) an' laetril (sp). The first Suzanne Summers used ta cure her big C (stayed C free for decades), the second they do in Russia (no deets but surely they'ze on the innertubes), an' the third cured (if'in I'm recallin' right) Steve McQueen an' sumbuddy else too. How are ya feelin'? I cain't imagine a 21 day fast bit bless ya fer doin't that--autophagy heals, that's a known thing. Brucha Weissburger (https://truth613.substack.com/?utm_source=substack&utm_medium=web&utm_campaign=substack_profile ) has some great cancer info--all holistic--on her stack--she rec's essaic too--but other stuff. Last thing--keep'a listenin' ta music--432 tunin' if ya can (Mozart). Meantimes I'm sendin' ya one'a my fav-or-rite ol' pick-me-up songs...mebbe it'll speak ta you too-- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dj4A62pJ1Vs

I guess that's 'nuff ramblin' from me but wwwaaaay waaaay up in the boonies of the coooold North East, you gotta crackpotty city hillbilly that's keepin' ya hard in her thoughts an' iz gonna switch up my chaga tonite an' 'stead say a prayer fer ya over my sencha tea leaves cuz y'know I'm a bit woo too. Oh an' btw, if anthin' in yer space / apt / house might be wonky vibe-wize--do burn some sage--native american smudge stick--the stuff takes out the bad spirits an' energies if any there be--cuz healin' our bodies kin mean healin' the spaces they'ze in too. An' again', Valentines 'er not, here's sendin' much love yer way, knowin' knowin' well you'll be OK

These are terrific resources, Daisy! Many thanks! I’m so glad I have crackpotty city hillbilly in my corner keeping me in her thoughts.

I really needed that reminder about the music, too. Since my friends made my gofundme public, it’s been a steady stream of texts, calls, and emails. Some from folks who I haven’t heard from in decades. Weird how old lifetimes spring back to life. Anywho, one of those people I hadn’t talked to in a decade asked me what it was that I wanted to do that nobody else had thought up and you know what sprung into my brain? I wanted to sing with people. Preferably around a bonfire. Music is super healing for me. And there’s just gotta be something with the vibrations that dance between the harmonies of voices. I have that Carol King song on a record. Guess what I’ll be doing tonight. :) thank you for all the lovely words, Daisy. Best to you and the young ladies.

GREAT idear with the sing-alongs... now you'll laff but I wanted that SO MUCH too an' I tried ta start it up back in Brooklyn a couple years pre-plandemic--I wanted jus' folks songs (eg. Bob Dylan, Burl Ives) an' Cowboy stuff, fun camp songs all ages (so "on the clean side"). They ban the campfires in most NYC parks so I wuz hopin' fer a fambly with one'a them firepits (!!!!) in their yard... I passed the word around an' got NO takers--zip. Mebbe kids today don't know the old tunes? Anywayz, I'd be caterwaulin' with ya right there with my younger one on the gee-tar if'in I could. But an' also, crank up the Mozart as it's tuned ta 432. Verdi an' Puccini are good'uns too fer the solfeggio!

Re the idears, happy ta share whut comes ta mind! Oh, they say hydrogen water too is a good'un. Structured an' hydrogenated (who'd'a thunk?). So nice that lost friends an' acquaintances found ya agin'--I'd give too iffin' i could myself we'ze a little mother hubbardy now, 'specially since the car got totaled (here'bouts ya cain't drive without one)--but meantimes yup, yer in my crackpotty thoughts an' I'm'a sendin' ya "all the love in my heart" back yer way ta Chi Town!

Oh an' iffin' I didn't say it yet--keep off yer schmart phone--them emfs an' 5G's are bad stuff as ya know--fiberoptic, far safer. XOs an' lotsa healin' wishes (an' some good ol' bone broth too if ye kin have it)!

I'd sure love that Tonika! (meantimes -- tho' I surely hate the virchual) if ya pulled sumthin' together online I'd be proud ta take up one'a them hollywood squares (!)... an' mebbe git my younger one ta do sum' geetar backup too!

ps If Choir,Choir,Choir still travels / comes yer way it's a blast--do it with yer fambly! all learn the songs together an' sing out--we did a few 'fore the pandemonium an' loved it! (We'ze in the one filmed at the 911 "memorial" with Rufus Wainright ;-)

Exactly! But I’m not even fighting! I don’t think cancer is here to destroy me. I think it’s here to notify me of whatever nonsense was happening inside my body. I’m grateful for its indication of systemic failure and the opportunity to snap out of it and heal. Too woo-woo? 😂

Sorry I have not responded yet - I went down a rabbit hole of looking into alternative modalities and ideas about cancer, and didn't get to the bottom of it. Here are a couple of supportative ideas I came across - I think I might make a substack about these too... https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S030698770500530X and https://learninggnm.com/SBS/documents/i_naturetumors.html

Great article! I’ve been talking with someone who made the connection between cancer’s location and personal conflict and trauma and she told me what to try and fix in my life that might have triggered the tumor in the breast. I’m working on it. But this article validates that theory. I appreciate you sharing it, Gary. And I’m still down for video work now that I’m starting to get a handle on what treatment is looking like.

I’m so glad your call with me a few months ago made me pay more attention to what is going on. I might have let a lot of time slide by had you not said something about lymph swelling doesn’t happen for nothing. I think once I felt the lump I already knew what was happening before any diagnosis. Changed my diet and lifestyle before I even saw a doctor. It was the key. 🙏

Get well soon! 💜

I'm from the terrain theory camp of disease.

Cancer is a bag of trash that your body couldn't get rid of. Toxins, crap, whatever.

It's most likely fine the way it is now and won't spread because you aren't gonna take the toxic drugs and radiation.

Look into castor oil packs.

Check this out too about cancer... https://fenbendazole.substack.com/

I read that stack! I agree. Already feeling much healthier than I was by simply doing the fast and the Gerson’s. Gonna follow up with Infanttyron3 for the FenBen. The one I bought and gave away is now three times the price I bought it for!!

Thanks for the uplift, Rob!

I want to reach through here and hug you so tight all the cancer cells pop out and die. I probably need to plan a motorcycle ride to Chicago to deliver said hug. I love you!

We’re gonna have to make that happen! I mean, if we winged all the way in Bulgaria, how can we not make it happen here?!? You give some bad ass hugs, not gonna lie!! And if you don’t bike here, now that I have a van, with a promise to Diane to finally visit Texas, I think a road trip might be in order!! 👊

Thank you so much for sharing this important and vulnerable update, Tonika. I have been thinking about you over the last few weeks since you first shared this possibility with me, and I'll repeat the optimism I offered then: cancer is not the boss, and you're not one to be pushed around. You are strong and surrounded by love, and I have no doubt you will get through this. <3

🥹your words then held space for me in ways I’m not poetic enough to express. They gave me the courage I needed when staring at the unknown. And now, they give me the boost to be confident in that truth. Thanks, Liam. You’re the cat’s meow.
