I would like to start out by saying that I am pleasantly surprised that no public pyre was lit for me after my last post, proving that not all my predictions pan out. I might have come out of my Covid closet at the peak of critical mass because a number of folks reached out privately to acknowledge their solidarity. Some people I hadn’t spoken to in years, but whose fellowship now resonates deeper than that of some family. In addition, these past two months, I have developed friendships with folks I had never met in real life but whose relentless search for answers crossed borders and together we have been working on a way to give back to the world. (You know who you are and if you are reading this, know your kinship has been invaluable to me.) But more on what we’ve been cooking in a bit later. For now, let’s get back to musings and hypotheticals.
The claim that sooner or later, young or old, rich or poor, vaccinated or not, Covid will come a-knocking didn’t belong to me originally, but I did adapt it. I even told some friends that finally Omicron was going to deliver a long awaited immunity since our massive vaccine failure proved to be not only non-sterilizing, but eventually, it produced a negative efficacy benefit. I can bore you with details regarding Original Antigenic Sin or Antibody Dependent Enhancement to try and explain why Covid seems to prefer the vaccinated, especially those who just got boosted, but perhaps it’s best to let the guy who calls himself The Science™ do it:
Besides, Omicron is free, unlike the vaccines which have cost us billions in tax dollars. Nonetheless, hopefully you enjoyed a good hearty family Holiday and no one asked you to present your V card to enter the house upon the advice of our Lord and Savior Anthony Fauci. And if you were the one doing the asking, I truly hope you got some red pills in your stockings this year because clearly asking for proof of vaccination has nothing to do with safety and everything to do with the desire to control. Again, more on that later.
Like many of you, my social media lit up with testimonials of “breakthrough” cases, people bravely sharing their stories and some praising the vaccine for saving them from hospitalization and death. Some even expressed incredulity at those that were vaccine-free, how could they ever manage such a vile virus on their own. Well, I figured since I was in a unique position to shed some light on the subject, I would do so here.
The only vaccinated person in my household brought Covid home for Christmas and had a few miserable days. The rest of us made no attempts to mask or social distance (at that point we had spent three days in hotel room together, not to mention a four hour car ride home) and we figured what was inevitable will be our opportunity for the virus to update our immune systems. The kids had a fever for about a day and I held and kissed them at every opportunity because there’s nothing like mom pampering you when you’re sick, amirite? My own ma (66yo) had some body aches for a couple of days, but overall a pretty unremarkable experience. And as far as me, I’m not sure if I have anything of significance to report, and that’s coming from someone who is over weight. Maybe I was a bit tired on Christmas, but then again, I was up all night taking care of a feverish toddler. We all kept up with our vitamins and added some Quercetin and Zinc for good measure like the good ol’ docs at the FLCCC recommend. Everyone, vaccinated and unvaccinated alike, is back to normal with robust immunity good for all kinds of coronaviruses and luckily that overrides any BS antibodies designed for Covid Alpha shots.
So if you were wondering, now you know. My experience was no canary in a Covid coal mine and for the most part echoes most of what folks are experiencing with a few unfortunate exceptions. And since cases are dramatically climbing, our public health authorities are having to scramble to either explain why so many vaccinated folks are falling ill and admit total and utter failure or fess up that Covid is similar to the flu and they have been drumming up the fear for their own shot shoving shenanigans. Oof, that’s not a fun place to be.
The mood on Twitter this last week started shifting into back peddling gear. The pundits on the television are attempting to explain it all away and I almost feel sorry for Walensky whose reply when asked why quarantining policy changed was: “It really had a lot to do with what we thought people would be able to tolerate.” Yikes. They’ve had to walk back how many unvaccinated individuals were being hospitalized, they’ve had to admit to lying about how many kids were having serious issues, including the bold lie that any healthy kid has ever died from Covid. They’ve even had to let the flu back in.
Me thinks they’re trying to turn the ship around without recognizing the Titanic hit that iceberg awhile back. While bots were trying to cover up the truth with syncopated messages such as these:
Journoliars and presstitutes (Twitter has taught me all the gratuitous neologisms) are running stories to explain the massive amounts of vaccine injuries in the hearts of young healthy people:
Now I know that along with all the hand washing this year, some of us have had the same process applied to our brains, but the conflicting messaging and absurd news cycle are in fact waking some people up. For some, it’s headlines like these:
For others, it was the obvious and unnecessary push on our children, forcing these shots into them to shield the elderly and so fatties like me can have the illusion of protection. Since when have we ever, as a society, placed our children on the front lines of danger to save a few years on the back end of grannies’ lives? Someone needs to explain to me, given the 99.9% survival rate of Covid-19 and the plethora of early and inexpensive treatments, why our response is to inject our 5 year olds. Of course, I, just like you dear reader, had no idea that in ‘86 Congress lifted the financial liability of vaccine manufacturers; or that the PREP and CARES Acts extend liability coverage for the current Covid vaccinations under EUA; or that you can’t get Comirnaty (the only FDA approved Covid vaccine) in the US because then manufacturers would be open to be sued by the overwhelming amount of vaccine injuries and deaths; or that the only way for Big Pharma to remain shielded from these damages is to get the FDA to add it to the childhood vaccine schedule where we return full circle to the original liability protection of the ‘86 Vaccine Injury Act. I finally get it.
We have been asked to sacrifice our children so pharmaceutical CEOs don’t lose their second yachts over subpar products they classified as solutions to problems they created in the first place. It would appear that the ask was a bit too big for most parents as the mass jabination of children has stalled. In response, the government is starting to mandate vaccinations in indoor spaces with places like New York having a banner year in embarrassing policies:
My twins turn 11 on January 4th. They want to go to Chucky Cheeses for their birthday, the germiest kid casinos around, but part of me thinks it’s sweet that they still find such childhood places fun. Their birthday marks the last of a cluster of celebrations in my household that start with Halloween and since we’ve been quietly celebrating at home by ourselves, I was looking forward to going out. Until Lori’s order last week, that is:
So even though there’s no difference in catching or spreading Covid based on your V status, vaccines are being mandated. Even though there is a mass pivot in messaging to explain away vaccine failure, the Chicago Mayor is going to take up resources to enforce a fallible policy. As a person who used to be in the serving industry, my heart goes out to the thousands of restaurant employees who now have to be Lightfoot’s soldiers and police their establishments, I know you didn’t sign up for this. I urge you to actively disobey these orders as they are absolute nonsense and it is not your job to do her dirty work. It is not your job to probe into people’s personal medical history and declare them safe or not to be around. It is not your job to discriminate and bar folks entry, especially as those you will be turning away will be mostly from the black and brown communities. It is not your job to tell people they have to keep their masks on while waiting for their table where they can take it off once they are seated, because psience!
It isn’t just the eateries who will have to adapt this travesty. Our local swimming pool which we had all to ourselves every Tuesday will no longer have us. Theatres, where the majority of my adult life saw purpose, where I’ve seen humanity have its best days, will not have us. The movies, where I’ve been waiting to go see the last installment of the Matrix, a cinematic experience that shaped the lens with which I view the world, will be turning us away.
It’s hard to tell why folks aren’t outraged by this as much as I am. Is it because all of these services are considered a privilege? Because the real danger that lurks behind barring folks from entering swimming pools is that this current measure desensitizes you for when the next more stringent measure comes along. As Marian Turski mentions in his “Auschwitz Did Not Fall Suddenly From the Sky” speech at the 75th Anniversary of the Auschwitz Liberation, it started with the swimming pools. And then, the choirs. And then the Jewish children weren’t allowed to play with the Aryan children. And then you couldn’t buy bread until after five. They didn’t simply load up the wagons on day one. Would it look as fascist if the NY legislation bill to detain any vaccine-free person came before or after they were banned from going to Aldi to buy groceries?
For those who want to make the unjabbed the villains in some made up story, when you finally wake up from this strange dream and realize you were used as a pawn to attack your fellow human, it might feel incredibly confusing at first. It can be incredibly painful to watch people like Scott Adams writhe in agonizing mental gymnastics admitting he was wrong by being right and others were right for being wrong:
We’ve been screaming into the void for over a year that the data was being manipulated, omitted, and reported incorrectly. But instead of listening to the folks who were interpreting the data correctly, Bit Tech censored and deplatformed them while allowing Rachel Maddow to spout off utter nonsense rather convincingly. This vilification and further division is not serving us. But I am hopeful that it is imploding. All signs would indicate it is so—the walking back of statements, the laughable headlines, the growing number of countries pausing vaccines, especially in young people…More and more of my vaccinated friends are refusing to go on with boosters, knowing fully well that it’s going to make them miserable like the previous two shots AND they’re gonna come down with Covid anyway, especially since boostering makes them more vulnerable for two weeks. There will be even less folks taking a second booster meant to booster the first booster…Oh, boo…
So, perhaps the end of all this madness is actually close. As my friend Diane says, Santa was passing out natural immunity for Christmas. And that’s a solid way to end 2021. For 2022, I will treat you to a fascinating armchair psychologist conversation Diane and I had and tell you more about a Wiki project I’ve been contributing to along with doctors, scientists, statisticians, sleuths, and questioners from around the world. It has been an honor to put my energy towards information that will help humanity transcend the madness. While here, in the real world, a hug (or even a handshake!) can feel like an encouraging sign of understanding, a secret nod that we belong to the Dissenter’s Club, the Wiki project group has been a love fest filled with kindness and quite a bit of fun. And I don’t know about you, but when my instinct tells me to follow the fun, it ends up being a contagious affair.
So, choose fun. Choose kindness. Choose love. Get back to hugging. Smile at strangers. Leave the absurdities of 2021 behind. I hope that 2022 will be good to you and your family, too!
Happy New Year!
